Amazing all the stuff you have. I like to just walk...I get ideas...AND I know where to go to get. From snowshovels, paint, tools, home improvement, MOONPIES, etc. Emergency equipment. Safety and Country PRIDE!!

Just found this store today. I was shopping for a mini flag. Everyone at the store greeted me, asked if I needed help, and were super friendly. I ended up buying a mat also. Will definitely return. The customer service was amazing! ♥️

Every time I shop here the customer service is excellent. Everyone is so polite, cheerful, and incredibly helpful! I would chose to shop here before going to bigger hardware stores. The prices are the same, if not better with their consistent sales on various items.

I hate to admit that today I first went to Lowe’s and then to Home Depot …twice … to get what I needed. The service at both was terrible. No one would help or offer solutions to a simple request - I needed to find a lamp socket/switch. I went to Town and Country Hardware. Someone helped me right away, took me exactly to where I needed and had a grater selection than any of the other stores. He walked me through what I needed and told me to let him know if I had issues. And the cashier was so nice and helpful! The experience really turned around my day. Town & Country will now be where I go first from now on!

I live in Chapel Hill but was visiting a friend in Raleigh. I love Town & Country so I stopped there to pick up a few things I needed for my in-law's apartment; fan pull extenders, door stops, etc. I was delighted to see my favorite staff member from the Chapel Hill location at the Raleigh location! Amber is still just as friendly, helpful and amazing as always. After she helped me find what I needed, she remembered how much I loved green and blue and showed me all the cool new planters they have in the Raleigh location. The personal touch of this hardware store makes all the difference!

Purchased a big green egg package with complicated assembly. Amber was a pleasure to deal with in-store, and Steve and Lawrence did a fantastic job on the assembly. All super nice, polite and professional people. I’ll happily drive past HD to shop here from now on.

This is the type of hardware store you're familiar with if you're from a small town. It's hard to find these anymore, especially in the city. I always have a good experience here. The staff is friendly and the manager will go out of his way to help you. Skip Lowe's and Home Depot, and shop at the small local hardware stores that actually care about you.
